Shipping cost depends on the place of delivery chosen by the Customer, method of delivery (courier company or Polish Postal Service) and weight of ordered goods. All ordered items are shipped in one package.
Detailed pricing of delivery is specified when the Customer is placing an order.
For delivery outside the EU, customs duty might occur. Unfortunately it is not possible for the Vendor to estimate the amount of the duty due to the differences between particular countries, states (in the United States) and cities. Please check the usual customs fee rate for musical instruments such as violins and other stringed instruments in your area.
The Vendor do not refund to Customer any addittional fees charged in the buyer's country, including the customs fees and import VAT tax.
For delivery outside the EU the Vendor issue an invoice with "0%(export)" tax rate on it.
Costs of shipping are covered by the Customer.
Delivery times
Delivery time is the period from booking of the payment until sending the order to exterior logistic company or Polish Postal Service or courier company. Shipping time is the time from sending the order to the third party until handing it over to the Customer under the address defined by the Customer.
Ancestore is not liable for any delay on the side of third parties (courier companies: DPD, DHL, UPS, InPost).
Indicative time of delivery with courier company, depending on the provider, are:
2-3 working days in Poland (DPD Classic*)
48-96 hours in Europe (*GLS Euro Business Parcel)
2-5 working days for others (*UPS Express Saver)
*In specific cases seller reserves the right to choose different courier company than stated above.
Seller undertakes to send an email, including all information about shipping: name of the courier company, bill of lading number, package tracking code to the address chosen by the Customer within 24 hours from finalizing and forwarding the order to the third party.
