CONSUMER INFORMATION*

The contract of sale is concluded in Polish, for the time and in order to accomplish the sale.

 

Unless the contract provides otherwise, the Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer immediately after the conclusion of the contract of sale.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPLAINT

The Seller shall be obliged to deliver goods without defects - unless the Seller informed the Consumer about defects of the goods before concluding the contract of sale.

 

In case of a defect in goods, the buyer has the right to complain about the defective goods on the basis of the warranty regulated by the Civil Code Act.

 

Using the warranty, the Buyer may, on the terms and within the time limits specified in the Civil Code:

 

Submit a statement of reduction in price

In the case of a material defect - make a statement on withdrawal from the contract

Demand replacement of the item with a defect-free one

Request that the defect is rectified

The Seller asks for complaints based on warranty by e-mail, in writing or personally in the Store.

 

In order to consider a complaint made under the warranty, the Consumer is obliged, if necessary, in the case of the Consumer at the expense of the Seller, to deliver the defective goods to the address of the Store.

 

The Seller recommends that the complaint should include the following information: Buyer's identification data, a concise description of the defect, the moment when the defect was found and the Buyer's complaint request.

 

Any recommendation of the Seller contained in this document shall only be a non-binding guide for the Consumer, which the Consumer may, but does not have to, use. If the Consumer does not use the Seller's recommendations it does not affect the Consumer rights , and in particular does not affect the rights related to warranty.

 

The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

 

OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT HANDLING AND REDRESS PROCEDURES

If the complaint procedure does not bring the expected result, the Consumer may use, among other things, the following services

as a rule, free of charge assistance of the competent local and permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which an application for consideration of the case before the arbitration court should be submitted.

The processing of data until you withdraw your consent is legal.

 

THE PROCESSING PERIOD

Your data will be processed by the Seller only for the period in which it has a legal basis, i.e. until the moment in which it is processed:

they no longer have a legal obligation to process your data, or

the possibility of asserting claims related to the agreement concluded by the Store by the parties will cease to exist

you will withdraw your consent to the processing of data if it was the basis for such processing

your objection to the processing of your personal data will be accepted - if the basis for the processing of your data was a legitimate interest of the controller or if the data were processed for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling.

In addition, you have the right to demand:

restrictions on processing,

request the transfer of data to another controller,

object to the processing of your data at any time:

for reasons related to your specific situation - in relation to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6 para.1 lit.f of the RODO (i.e. on legitimate interests pursued by the controller), including profiling on the basis of these provisions,

where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, as the processing is related to such direct marketing.

If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
