§1 DEFINITIONS
Account - a free of charge function of the Store (service) regulated in these regulations, thanks to which the Buyer may open an individual Account in the Store.
Buyer - any entity buying in the Shop.
Shop - ANCESTORE - Ancient Spirit in the Modern World run by the Seller at https://ancestore.eu
Seller - PIOTR ŁUKASZ MARTUŚ, an entrepreneur running a business under the name NUEMO Piotr Martuś, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity kept by the minister in charge of Economy and keeping the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP 6762548260 , REGON No. 380026249, Jana Sobieskiego 24/8, 31-136 Kraków.

§3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
For the proper functioning and creation of an account there are necessary:
Active e-mail account
Device with Internet access
Web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies
§4 ACCOUNT
Creation of an Account is entirely voluntary and depends on the will of the Buyer.
The account gives the Buyer additional possibilities, such as: reviewing the history of orders placed by the Buyer in the Store, checking the status of the order or editing the Buyer's data independently.
In order to open an Account, you need to fill in an appropriate form in the Store.
At the moment of Account opening, an agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period of time between the Buyer and the Seller within the scope of Account maintenance in accordance with the principles set forth in the Regulations.
The Buyer may cancel the Account at any time without incurring any costs.
In order to resign from the Account, you should send your resignation to the Seller to the following e-mail address: biuro@nuemo.pl, which will result in immediate deletion of the Account and termination of the agreement with respect to the maintenance of the Account.
§5 COMPLAINTS
Complaints concerning the functioning of the Account should be sent to the e-mail address biuro@nuemo.pl .
Consideration of the complaint by the Seller will take place within 14 days.
OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT HANDLING AND REDRESS PROCEDURES
In the event that the complaint procedure does not bring the result expected by the Consumer, the Consumer may, among others, take advantage of the following
Mediation conducted by the competent Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which a request for mediation should be submitted. As a rule, the procedure is free of charge. A list of inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_addresses.php#faq595.
Assistance of the competent local and permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, to which an application for consideration of the case before the arbitration court should be submitted. §6 PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer during the use of the Store is the Seller.
Buyer's personal data shall be processed on the basis of the contract and for the purpose of its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (RODO). Detailed information concerning the processing of data by the Seller can be found in the privacy policy published in the Store.
§7 OBJECTIONS
It is forbidden for the Buyer to deliver illegal content.
The Account Agreement shall be concluded in Polish.
In case of the occurrence of important reasons referred to in para. 4, the Seller shall have the right to amend these Account Terms and Conditions.
The valid reasons referred to in paragraph 3 are the following:
the need to adapt the Shop to the law applicable to the operations of the Shop
improving the safety of the service provided
a change in the Account's functionality requiring modification of the Account's regulations.
The Buyer will be informed about the planned change in the Account terms and conditions at least 7 days before the change comes into force via e-mail sent to the address assigned to the Account.
If the Buyer does not accept the planned change, he should inform the Seller thereof by sending an appropriate e-mail to the Seller's e-mail address biuro@nuemo.pl, which will result in termination of the Account maintenance agreement upon the entry into force of the planned change or earlier if the Buyer makes such a request.
If the Buyer does not object to the planned change until it comes into force, it shall be deemed to have accepted the change, which shall not constitute an obstacle to the termination of the agreement in the future.
In the event of a possible dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court competent for the residence of the Seller.
None of the provisions of these Regulations excludes or in no way limits the Consumer's rights under the provisions of law.
